Park Vendor Permits
The application form can be used for those who wish to apply for a temporary vendors permit. Please be sure to read all of the terms and conditions that apply to this type of activity.
The following terms and conditions apply to temporary vendors in park facilities:
- The vendor must be operated by or requested to be operated by a non-profit organization.
- Rules and regulations set out by the Department of Health and any other regulators must be adhered to.
- Commercial vendors must have a valid business license.
- Vendors requiring water or power are required to request this service two weeks in advance of the date required.
- Vendor locations must be pre-approved by the Community Services Department.
- It is the responsibility of the vendor operator to keep the area free from litter and to dispose of litter in the waste containers provided.
- The renter of the park is responsible for any damages occurring to the park while they have it reserved.
- Under the City of Prince George Parks and Open Spaces Bylaw the City has the right to prohibit the sale of goods and services in City parks and open spaces.
- Vendors requesting to sell a product or service that does not support the family environment that parks provide will not be permitted.
