A host of community partners are joining forces to develop the first community sustainability plan for Prince George. “myPG” brings together citizens, community groups, business, institutions and government to create and carry out a shared vision for the community.
MyPG is a fresh and ambitious approach to planning that empowers citizens to take charge of our future and shape how to maintain the best of life in Prince George in the face of global trends and local challenges. myPG will take a long term view to ensure that Prince George provides the quality of life we want for ourselves, our children and grand children, now and into the future.
Community engagement activities will start immediately. The first phase of outreach runs until January 14, 2010. This is a collaborative process to produce a shared community plan; everyone is invited to participate.
