Pre-Function Area

The lower pre-function serves as a gathering place and features indoor landscaping with park benches. Our support facilities include disabled accessible washrooms, elevators, administration office, vending machines, pay phones, coat check, and ticket booth.

Rotunda

A beautiful first impression of the facility; an entrance to both the Public Library and the Civic Centre featuring a garden, a stained glass ceiling, and a curved staircase.

Auditorium(s)

Three individual rooms which open to create our largest space of 18,000 square feet (60'x100' each). This space can then be used to host a variety of activity including dinners, dances, conventions, receptions, and concerts for up to 2,000 people. Our third auditorium offers telescopic seating for 585 people. Maple hard-wood floor lined to accommodate basketball, badminton and volleyball courts.

Upper Floor Meeting Rooms

Six are fully carpeted and two are finished with maple hardwood floor. All rooms are outfitted with windows (with vertical blinds) to allow plenty of natural light. They open to the upper pre-function area where our food and beverage stations reside. Our support facilities include disabled accessible washrooms, elevators, pay phones, and lounging areas. Seating ranges from 5 to 140 people.

Outdoor Plaza

Outdoor rink for skating during the winter season and transforms into a water fountain during spring and summer. This outdoor plaza offers an excellent area for outdoor exhibits.
