Residential Utilities
Residential utility accounts are billed bi-annually. Bills are due at approximately the end of March or beginning of April and at the end of September or beginning of October.
For the January to June utility charges, utility notices are mailed out in February and for the July to December utility charges, utility notices are mailed out in August. If you have not received your utility notice approximately one month before the bill is due, please contact a Service Representative at City Hall by calling (250)561-7600.
Payment Options:
- Pre-Authorized: The City offers a convenient pre-authorized payment plan through our Direct Debit System.
- Mail: The City of Prince George 1100 Patricia Blvd., Prince George, BC V2L 3V9
- In Person: Service Centre (1st Floor)
- Financial Institutions: Bills may be paid at most financial institutions. There may be a bank service charge.
- Electronic Banking: Contact your financial institution for information on this service.
The City does not accept payment of utilities by credit card, including internet banking by credit card.
